Our Fee for the Tenant find service is:

• Set up fee £360.00 including VAT
• Tenant find only fee is 80% of one month’s rent plus VAT. Minimum of £500.00 including VAT.

Our Service:

• Property visit to value and appraise the property
• Marketing shots and floor plan (Floor plan additional charge)
• Advertising
• Site a ‘To Let’ board at the property
• Accompanied Viewings 7 days of the week and early evenings on request outside office hours
• Tenant Selection
• Reference up to two applicants
• Draft a tenancy agreement and collect first month’s rent and deposit
• Pay to landlord
