Property Viewings We are constantly updating our website and can upload new property details within hours of receiving new instructions. When this is combined with our flexible viewing times you can be viewing our available properties almost as soon as we do. A member of staff will accompany all viewings. Office Hours Our phone lines are open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and we are also available by appointment. Please call us on 07968 434525. Letting the Property Once you have chosen your property and paid the full security deposit and referencing fee, the property will be taken off the market. Our staff will ask you for references which are passed to the landlord for their approval. We will then provide you with a copy of your tenancy agreement to read prior to signing. On the day you move in we will meet you at the property to carry out a thorough check-in using the Inventory. You will be asked to sign the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and set up the monthly standing order. At this stage we will collect your first month’s rent and administration fee (in cleared funds only). At this stage the keys will be…
